Prof. (Dr.) Subhash Gupta is a highly experienced Liver Transplant and HPB Surgeon with over 37 years of expertise in liver transplantation, hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) surgery, and surgical gastroenterology. He serves as the Group Chairman – Centre for Liver & Biliary Sciences at Max Healthcare, where he leads one of the world’s largest liver transplant programs.

With extensive experience in advanced liver surgery, Dr. Gupta is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence. His dedication to innovation and multidisciplinary treatment has made him one of India’s most respected liver transplant surgeons.
