He currently serves as the Chief of the Department of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant at Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, where he is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered treatment.

With extensive clinical experience in India and international training at globally recognized institutions, Dr. Naithani has played a significant role in advancing hematology and bone marrow transplant services. He has successfully performed more than 650 bone marrow transplants and is known for his commitment to improving patient outcomes through modern treatment approaches and multidisciplinary care.
